My purpose is to help you tap into your strengths and what you already know about yourself, and help you to change your thoughts in order to change how you feel. My goal is to empower you and guide you toward your goals, whether they involve improving your family relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or dealing with work or school stressors. As someone who experienced infertility, I can relate to people going through that painful chapter. Infertility is difficult, mentally and physically, and can be especially hard on marital/partner and other family relationships. Talking to someone who is aware of the issues that arise can help you to address the difficulties thoroughly and compassionately. I’m also an adoptive parent, so I’m personally and professionally well-versed in the questions, concerns, and problems related to adoption. When working with adoptive or foster
