This office is the place for you. I work with the LGBTQ+ community and consensually nonmonogamous folks on relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I am also happy to write letters for HRT and gender affirming surgery. My office holds space for people to be as they are, and to work through life’s challenges with support and guidance. No ‘fixing’ happens here, because I believe people are not broken. Everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, given the right space and tools to move forward. Therapeutic work with me is often a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Western psychology and Zen teachings/mind-trainings from Eastern psychology.
