( English | español ) I help clients to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression; process grief, loss, history of trauma, abuse; and mediate marriage and relationship problems. If you are going through a rough path, seeking a way to live your life to your best ability, I am here to walk the path with you. I have a Bachelors in FineArts from the University of Puerto Rico, have a Master’s Degree in Science of Counseling from the University of Phoenix-Southern Arizona, CACREP accredited program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Puerto Rico and Texas and a National Certified Counselor and member of the American Counseling Association. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and provide therapy in Houston, TX, and teletherapy to patients in Texas and Puerto Rico. When clinically appropriate and the weather permits, I also provide outdoor therapy. I completed my counseling internship in Arizona and became an LPCS in Texas.
