As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years experience, I will provide a safe, trusting and nonjudgmental environment that promotes healing, personal growth and emotional wholeness. My approach to therapy is unique to fit each individual. As we go through the counseling process together, we will identify your needs and match those with the practical skills needed. We also look at the historical “baggage” which could prevent the achievement of your goals and deal with those together. My approach with my clients, from a relational perspective, is to understand their past and how it affects who they are today. I work with clients (from age 17 through adulthood) in individual, marital, and family counseling, who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I have experience in providing a wide variety of therapy modalities, and I would be honored to work with you as you begin this journey to wholeness and healing.
