I have been a licensed psychotherapist for twenty plus years. In the past ten years, I have been certified in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, EMDR, and use Comprehensive Resource Model, Internal Family Systems, Energy Medicine, and Emotional Freedom Technique.
