If you’re hurting right now that doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Many people who work with me learn that the behaviors they want to overcome are normal responses to life’s challenges. That doesn’t mean that you need to get used to sleepless nights, racing thoughts, panic attacks, or depressive episodes. I’ll help you make sense of why you are responding in these ways and together we’ll help you find relief. The work we do will involve radical self-acceptance. My expertise is in anxiety, depression, relationships, body image, faith crisis, and family stress. I affirm LGBTQIA+ individuals and non-traditional relationships. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to help you feel more connected to yourself and help you repair and strengthen your relationships.
