Through my graduate training at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and clinical experience over the past six years, I have developed a collaborative approach that focuses on the person’s individual strengths and needs. Utilizing interventions from CBT, Solution Focused, Family systems, and Behavioral therapy to meet the unique needs of my clients. It takes a courageous person to ask for help.
