Life can be tough for kids, now more than ever before! Are you worried your child lacks interest in activities they once loved or appears sad? Does your child act out or have fights with siblings? Do they complain of stomach aches or headaches? Perhaps your child’s teacher reports they are constantly out of their seat or talks excessively; or maybe your child returns from school begging not to go back because kids are being mean. Whether a child struggles with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief or loss, my goal is to restore hope, increase confidence, and provide the developmentally appropriate tools needed to achieve cognitive, emotional, and behavioral wellness. I help children with anger outbursts, mood swings, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for children at their level. My approach is eclectic and tailored to meet individual needs, with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. I offer late afternoon and evening appointments.
