My main passion is working with those that struggle with Anxiety, Panic, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and those that have survived Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. My training includes a variety of theories and techniques tailored to each individual client. I believe that individuals who have struggled with these various negative experiences and disorders can move on to live a happier, more productive life. My patients often report feeling comfortable and at ease. I strive to create a safe environment for you to heal. I am a National Certified Counselor and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with the International Association of Trauma Professionals. I am incorporating EMDR into my work with patients. I work closely with psychiatric nurse practitioners specializing in trauma. I advocate for my patients needs and work closely with outside care teams as well.
