We all get stuck sometimes, whether it be with making an important decision or simply in unhealthy thought and behavioral patterns. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families recognize unhelpful patterns and work towards becoming “unstuck.” People often bear the symptoms of what is going on around them and these symptoms become visible as depression, anxiety, etc. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families to become the best that they can be and to have the best relationships that they can have. I can offer couples an informative assessment of their relationship. With twenty-five years of involvement with home educators, I can join with families to address areas that are specific to this population. I have had success partnering with individuals and families struggling with addiction. My strengths lie in identifying and changing unhelpful patterns. It takes bravery and courage to begin therapy and to be vulnerable when sharing. I hope to offer you respect, strength and support as you begin the journey towards healing.
