Counseling is a journey and it can be difficult. Despite the difficult conversations, the healing and rediscovery of self is rewarding in very powerful and tangible ways. I believe that each individual has a story and that it deserves to be told and honored. I seek to provide a safe, judgment free space for clients to tell their stories in an effort and seek healing and understanding. I work with clients and their families as they navigate their journey.
