Therapist Overview
When people think of therapy they tend to imagine a scary place where they have to tap into themselves to open up to strangers. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that safe place for someone to feel comfortable opening up. Everyone has a story. Each person has the right to feel heard, not judged, safe, and understood. My goal is to help them reach that satisfaction in a safe non-judgmental zone. I work with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in grief therapy, anxiety, and depression. I work with those who have suffered the loss of a loved one and may struggle with anxiety and depression and may need a safe place to not feel alone in their grief journey. By creating an open door, judgement free zone, I help create a safe place to feel supported, validated, understood, heard, and not alone. Feel free to call for a free complimentary consultation, email or text to inquire about sessions.
