Therapy can be the supportive space needed for you to not only explore the root of your feelings and experiences, but also to brainstorm what next steps you can take to gain insight, work through challenges, and foster a meaningful, fulfilling, and joyful life. Whether for you, your child, or adolescent, my focus is to meet you where you are and to listen. I believe that a strong therapeutic connection is fostered in therapy through trust, a non judgmental perspective, active listening, empathy, and a supportive environment that allows you to heal and become your authentic self.
