I believe we’re all doing the best we can with the tools we have. If you find you’re feeling stuck, hurt, confused or lost right now, you may just need some new tools to cope with your situation. I know life and change can feel overwhelming. Therapy can provide a safe place to explore feelings, provide space and time to be heard and heal, and provide some new tools for the work ahead. Therapy is work, but therapy means I’ll work with you in a safe, supportive and judgement free zone. I’ll show you what therapeutic interventions (those tools I keep mentioning) might be helpful for your specific concern. Together, we can identify your goals and create a plan to work towards them. I can’t possibly know exactly what you’re going through right now, but I’m here and would love the opportunity to listen. Feeling seen and heard is a powerful thing.
