Therapist Overview

Let us work together toward your liberation. Our world is an incredibly difficult place to live and an even harder place in which to thrive. Whether you suffer from depression, anxiety, disordered eating, or any other problem, I will make your health and well being my priority. As a therapist, I work from a social justice lens and strive to meet each individual, relationship, and family where they are within the context of our world. While you may suffer from something like depression, YOU are not depression. Your depression does not have to stay a part of you. Imagine a life without it. As every individual is unique, I tailor my approach to each person depending on their needs and goals. I offer individual, relationship, and family therapy, as well as sex therapy. I specialize in working with transgender and nonbinary folks, and folks with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. It can be scary and vulnerable to see a new therapist. I always strive to honor your time and vulnerability. My promise to you is my full attention, empathy and care. Together we can set goals and work toward your liberation from any obstacles that stand between you and your best, most authentic self.
