Currently, I accept couples and families with adolescent children. Goals I commonly support include increased connection, emotional wellness, healing from trauma and minimizing the impacts of life challenges. Relationships and couples of all types are welcome in my practice and I use the word “family” broadly. Anxiety, conflict, trauma, anger, life changes and stress are problems we can collaboratively address through connection, body awareness, emotional expression, often incorporating the whole family. Systemic relational therapies and Somatic Experiencing™ are my primary modalities. Together we will deepen our understanding of how therapy can support your goals in relationships and overall wellness. I use curiosity, honesty, presence and creative approaches to address holistic health. Somatic Experiencing™ is gentle and focuses on listening to the body and aiding in physical symptom relief, and healing of stress and trauma.
