**My practice is full (11/25/2020).** Welcome. I offer support to adults and adolescents in their process of cultivating insight, deepening self-awareness and making purposeful change. I believe we all have the power to heal from within. My approach is engaged, empathic, and curious, and I strive to create a space that is warm, collaborative, and open. I have over 12 years’ experience helping clients with a broad range of mental health and relationship issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, parenting/caregiver issues, complex trauma, PTSD, perinatal anxiety/mood disorders, and low self-worth. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a powerful and effective therapy for the treatment of PTSD and complex trauma. It can also be used to treat the psychological effects of smaller traumas that manifest in symptoms of depression, anxiety, phobias, low self-worth, creativity blocks, and relationship difficulties. In addition to talk therapy, I utilize a body-based approach that includes nervous system healing through somatic awareness. In my personal life, I am certified in Reiki and maintain a meditation practice, which contribute to my holistic therapeutic lens.
