Using an eclectic approach tailored to your specific needs, my training and experience encompasses a combination of CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Gestalt interventions. I am a strong proponent of holistic healthcare and will also support you to find which lifestyle changes can be made beyond the therapy office to achieve peace and healing.
