Therapist Overview

Therapy is not about becoming a “better person”. The process isn’t something that you “work harder” at or “do more” of. You are already a person of inherent beauty, depth, and value. Together, let’s courageously step deeper into the unique person that you were created to be. I enjoy working with women of all ages and have experience working with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, codependency, adult children of alcoholics, grief and loss, spirituality, life transitions, toxic shame, sexual abuse, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is attachment based and utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, ACT, and CBT. My hope is to create a safe space where clients are encouraged to name, feel, and understand their emotions in order to come home to their deepest needs and desires.
