I got married and had my first child as a teenager, worked in factories and got my GED at 31. I try to approach each client in terms of their relationships: with themselves, their spouses, significant others, children, families, friends, coworkers, substances, food, spirituality, goals etc. I love to go on a journey with clients where they become the directors of their own destinies, and are able to create their preferred life while lovingly caring for their body, mind and spirit. I have significant experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship dynamics and life coaching. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused methods plus Hypnosis to empower clients master a permanent sense of inner peace to tackle meaningful outcomes for their relationships, careers and hobbies.
