I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families who are working through a life transition (school, family, friendship), anxiety, COVID related anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, poor communication skills, family conflict, and difficulty connecting and making friends. Prior to private practice, I served adolescents in a top eating disorder residential program, Center for Discovery in Glenview. There, I provided therapy for eating disorders, self-esteem, body image, life skills and assertiveness training. I’ve also provided crisis evaluation and therapy for inpatient care for adolescents and families at Alexian Brothers. Taking the first step to seek out help can feel scary!
