Therapist Overview

I AM ON MATERNITY LEAVE AND NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. I work with parents and children, individual adults, and families. Clients see me to alleviate anxiety and manage stress, support their child’s behavior and growth, and address issues in the parent/child relationship. Parenting a young child can bring great delight and satisfaction, and also present isolation, bewilderment and depression. I have additional expertise and training in infant and early childhood mental health. I help parents & children increase joy in their connection, reduce challenging behavior, get more sleep, navigate power struggles, & find healing after a traumatic experience. I provide talk therapy for adults, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, play therapy & parent consultation. I also offer a short-term therapy program for children 5-12 called Feelings School. In addition to an MSW, I hold a master’s degree in Infant & Parent Development from Bank Street Graduate School and received extensive post-graduate training on early childhood and maternal mental health. My office is in Park Slope, Brooklyn, but during this time all sessions are tele-health only.
