I strongly believe in taking a mind-body approach to treatment, incorporating my knowledge of energy, chakras, and meditation as powerful tools to help promote inner healing. You deserve to create a life you love! I hold a sacred space for my clients, using my intuition and knowledge from a combination of Eastern and Western therapeutic practices. My work with clients includes holistic healing practices such as energy healing meditations and visualizations, along with empirical theories such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, as well as Attachment-Based models. I personally understand the desire to not repeat unhealthy family patterns, and how difficult it can be to break free from that cycle.
