I work with adults and older adolescents struggling with stress, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, illness, and loss. My intention is for us to work together to help you move forward with your life and achieve your goals. I bring a warm, compassionate, and calming presence to my work. I am interactive, supportive, engaged, and committed to our work together. I am EMDR and DBT trained and I use the best treatment techniques to suit your particular needs. I believe there is a strong connection between the mind and body and my approach is grounded in this perspective. I offer a flexible scale for private self pay and I can provide invoices for use with FSAs or to give to insurance companies who may reimburse you directly.
