I listen deeply, and use a variety of clinical techniques tailored to your individual goals and needs. Chances are, that there is more ‘right’ with you than is ‘wrong’ with you – even if it may not feel that way just yet. My goal is to help you discover your strengths, and empower you to operate from that place. You can grow and heal, and life can get better. I work with children, adults and families, integrating mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral and existential approaches, to help you deal and cope with anxiety, stress, illness and loss (including pet loss) and navigate through challenging relationships and life transitions.
