We may find ourselves wanting change yet ironically procrastinating and avoiding making the necessary steps towards that change. Taking the initial step to therapy can be an anxiety provoking scary process. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, non judgmental, and empathetic space to partner with each client uniquely. I believe that a supportive therapeutic relationship is essential to helping individuals feel safe, develop trust and achieve their goals. I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My area of clinical focus and speciality is Trauma treatment utilizing a Trauma Informed Approach.
