Confidence, community, and sense of purpose is the basis for wellbeing. Right now, many of us are struggling to feel connected, safe, and purposeful. I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is supportive so that you can truly look at your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to consciously choose your path forward. I am an eclectic therapist who utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed treatments, relational and body/mind integration to assist my clients in growing awareness and sense of self. Although I use these skill sets, I believe that the best indicator for real change and healing comes from within the therapeutic connection we co-create. I work within a group practice conveniently located within walking distance of the orange line. I also have off-street parking available.
