My goal is to help clients deal with the everyday stresses of life; from ongoing depression, anxiety to COVID issues and relationship problems; from personal and professional life transitions to issues involving low self-esteem, grief, and loss. I am a New York State Licensed and Nationally Certified Mental Health Counselor and I received my MA degree in Counseling from New York University. We set our goals together and develop tools to take on challenges with confidence. I work with both individuals and couples and sessions operate through mutual conversation, compassion, and (oftentimes) humor.
