We all want to experience peace, it is often the result of balance. You are capable. I am an integrative therapist who enjoys working with individuals and couples who are actively motivated and ready to embark on a change journey. Objectivity is important; I won’t offer you solutions, but instead, gently challenge you to explore the possibilities.
