Adolescents and adults alike can find it difficult to navigate life stressors with the everyday bustle of life. Sometimes those stressors grow and become larger problems that seem unmanageable, overwhelming, and you may want to give up. Working with you through these crises and getting life back on track is exactly what I would like to do for those who need it most. Living your life worth living is my goal and getting you to that goal is the center of a therapeutic relationship with me. With all ages, I like to focus on getting your life back on track. To do so I specialize in depression, anxiety and anxiety related disorders, mood dysregulation, anger management, post-traumatic stress disorder, family conflict, divorce, behavioral difficulties, school performance issues and social skills, including peer conflict, and bullying. To accommodate busy families, I offer evening and Saturday appointments. We will work together as a team to build a customized plan to get your teen back on track.
