People often lack information and resources or are too close to a problem to have a useful perspective on the situation. I love working with people who feel ” stuck” or are bearing burdens that overwhelm them. Often, people have been thrown a “curveball” in life and need someone to come alongside them who can handle their difficult issues respectfully and confidentially. I feel it is a privilege to work with people in these dark and confusing places. I enjoy bringing some truth to painful or confusing situations, to relieve burdens and help people realize they are not alone. Besides a listening ear, I offer Play Therapy in a very appealing play setting, internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR and a variety of energy techniques to relieve disturbances in the mind and body. Whether you have dealt with a problem for years or experiencing a problem for the first time and feel overwhelmed by it, I would love the opportunity to listen and problem solving with you.
