My name is Megan Loving and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of TN and VA. I have nearly a decade of mental health experience across Northeast TN and Southwest VA. As a counselor, my personal philosophy is to be a supportive facilitator that guides you on your journey through whatever issues you have previously or are currently facing in life. I’m highly motivated and patient focused; I will always seek to support you as we work together to find the types of counseling that work best for you. Current hours during COVID-19 10AM-7PM Mon.-Fri. an.d Sat. 9AM-3PM. Some of the therapeutic approaches I have experience using include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Nonviolent Communication, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
