Therapist Overview

**Now accepting new online new clients** I help college students and women live confident and passionate lives. Transitioning from high school to college can take new college students by surprise. I help college students process their newfound independence, and learn how to be successful both academically and socially. I offer support and hope for women as they travel through life’s many transitions. Issues addressed include pregnancy, motherhood, body image, relationship changes, anxiety, panic attacks, and healing from past trauma and abuse. I am trained to work with adult children of narcissistic parents by Dr. Karyl Mcbride (5-Step model). Through the development of a safe and nurturing relationship, together we can end self-doubt, strengthen relationships and build confidence. I use doxy.me, a confidential and easy to use platform that can be used by phone, computer or iPad. I am Board Certified in Online Counseling(BC-TMH)
