Whether it is your first time considering therapy or you have lots of experience working with a therapist, I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space for you to process the challenges you are facing, and to freely explore and express yourself. I use an integrative approach to help meet the specific needs of each client. My training includes cognitive behavioral, trauma, and psychodynamic therapy. By building a safe, supportive and trusting relationship, I strive to help individuals identify their unmet needs, and develop a stronger sense of empowerment and control in their lives. Whether through building insight and awareness about reoccurring patterns, or finding practical solutions to promote a more balanced life, I will work with you on your journey to create meaningful and lasting change.
