Loss is common to the human experience. And yet, loss stemming from the death of a loved one or from a cancer diagnosis can be incredibly isolating and overwhelming. I know first hand what it is to experience profound loss, both as a three-time cancer survivor and one who grieves for irreplaceable people in my life. It is my great honor to offer trauma-informed, compassionate counseling for adolescents, adults, and couples in immense emotional pain who require a competent therapist to provide immediate support and understanding. I work collaboratively with clients, providing interventions aimed to bolster resilience and healing. I specialize in addressing grief, significant loss, and complex trauma. I see clients struggling with anxiety, depression, physical symptoms, and relational challenges.
