There may be times when we feel disconnected from others – or worse, ourselves; when we’re overwhelmed and crave calmness and connection; when we feel stuck and desire change but don’t know how to make a move; when we can’t manage what we’re feeling or thinking, and it’s too much to carry alone. There may be times when we carry shame and/or self-doubt; when we don’t feel we fit in or are having difficulty finding our voice, our community, or our life’s work. Or, perhaps, things are going ok but we’re curious about our creativity or spirituality and are seeking ways to integrate these missing aspects into our daily lives. It takes courage to be with what is. I have extensive training in mindfulness, meditation, and contemplative psychotherapy. I create a safe space to help you connect to your authentic self. I am curious, gentle, holistically-oriented, and relational. I will help you cultivate deeper awareness of and ease within your thoughts, emotions, and your body. I believe we all possess intrinsic health – an internal source of wisdom that orients towards wellness – we all want to be happy and none of us wants to suffer.
