I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor of science in special education from Lee University and a master of social work from University of Texas at Arlington. I have over 6 years of experience in mental/behavioral health with the majority of that time working with children and adolescents. I have a little over 3 years of experience in working as a program therapist in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Most clinicians would say that they got into the field because of something they have been through or witnessed that made a huge impact and caused the desire to want to help others. I would say that my passion for helping others has always been there but, through life trails and witnessing the people close to me struggle, that passion has grown even more.
