Therapist Overview
Note: I am not currently accepting new clients. What is it like to be you? My approach lies in creating a meaningful relationship with my client where there is security and openness to fully explore areas of difficulty, pain, joy, and growth. Together, we can discuss and problem-solve around concerns of disconnection, anxiety and depression, trauma, identity and self-worth, and transition/loss that are impacting the quality of your life. I aim to help others cultivate greater understanding and compassion for themselves, and increase their ability to make choices and changes that reflect their core values and aspirations. We may focus on habitual coping responses, thought processes, relational patterns, systemic/environmental stressors, and cultivating deeper emotional and present moment awareness. Through this collaborative process, my clients are able to access fuller expression of their authentic selves, heal unresolved pain, and lead more satisfying and connected lives. I offer psychotherapy to adults, teens, children, couples and families. My areas of specialty are anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and LGBTQ & gender-identity exploration. I offer free phone consultations to determine if we may be a good fit in working together. Best of luck in your search and may you find the support you are looking for.
