Robyn Trevitt

We all struggle with life circumstances and difficult relationships! My primary goal is to support and assist families, and relationships improve connection and explore attachment, to provide feedback to help resolve current problems and to promote change and disrupt unhelpful patterns of communication. I am most interested in how people communicate through change and have experience working with sexuality, intimacy, coming-out, gender identity, blended families, consensual non-monogamy, and kink. Skilled in working with a wide variety of relationships, I have over two decades of experience working in various systems and settings. I utilize an integrative, collaborative approach to therapy with an emphasis on communication and the view that connection is central to change. I often bring a friendly small dog who loves to support us in our wellness. Feeling privileged to witness the growth and change that occurs with a commitment to self and others, I view problems and solutions within a systems perspective, honoring clients’ cultural, community, interpersonal dynamics, environmental factors, strengths, and resiliency.
