A person, child or adult able to reflect and build on themselves will be able to do great things when they can seek guidance and help. Experience with suffering is a strength I see in my clients that has given them tools for growth that many others may lack. Someone who is in need of guidance, challenging, and strength building will be able to get their needs met from our sessions. Self care is hard, it’s work, but with help this work can become much more manageable. I am motivated to work closely with my clients through difficulties and find the most workable solutions that they can maintain for their lifetime. Processing trauma, ADHD management, interpersonal issues, building coping, depression and anxiety processing are my strength areas.
