My conceptualization in approaching therapy is “reset the mind, reset your life.” I truly believe that no matter what one is facing in life, whatever challenges, individuals have the ability, power and strength to make the changes necessary to improve/enhance their lives and find the serenity, solutions, and joy they are seeking. I use a variety of techniques and strategies yet find that one of the most important pieces in psychotherapy in the therapeutic relationship. I meet patient wherever they are in life through active listening and empathy and then guide them toward reaching their goals. I am a compassionate psychologist offering psychotherapy, psychological/neuropsychological evaluations and learning disability/ ADHD assessments to children, adolescents and adults. My specialties include Neuropsychology and Geropsychology. I can be of great service with anyone struggling through difficult times or hoping to improve their quality of life.
