I offer a welcoming and supportive environment where I use my 18 years of mental health and substance abuse counseling experience to help Individuals attain their personal, relationship, and family-based goals. I join individuals by engaging in a holistic, person-centered, strengths-based approach to help with the identification of issues, concerns, and other barriers to self-understanding and well-being. This leads to improved insight and goal clarity, with problem-solving and coping skills tailored to this need.
