Therapist Overview

Whether you are struggling with poor body image, a fraught relationship with food, years of yo-yo-dieting, or meet full criteria for Anorexia, Bulimia or Binge Eating disorder, I can help. Always informed by the principles of Health at Every Size, I use evidence-based therapies to help you identify problematic cycles and chart paths to meaningful behavioral change. I am passionate about helping people rid themselves of negative thinking, fear of food, and body hate. I dedicate a large portion of my practice to the treatment of eating disorders, working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I am a certified provider of Family-Based Treatment (FBT), through the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders and offer “enhanced” cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT-E).
