Much of my practice is focused upon relationship therapy, including pre-marital, marital, and family counseling. I teach couples how to rebuild positivity into their relationship using proven methods to enhance their realtionship. I also work with individuals troubled by depression, anxiety, stress, grief, spiritual issues, work, or a lack of meaning or direction in life. I have completed the Practicum Training (Level 3 of 4) in in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, the leading research-based approach to assisting couples in building positive relationships and reducing negative behaviors damaging to relationships.
