Often the demands of the outside world pull us in different directions, causing tension in our relationships, work, and an internal departure from who we know ourselves to be. Many experience the added pressures of anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, loss and loneliness. Through therapy, I will assist you in finding a way forward, discovering those parts of yourself you may have lost and allow you the opportunity to heal and live more fully and present. I bring a variety of methods and can assist with issues ranging from life/career transitions, spiritual crisis, addiction, stress, trauma, grief, depression and relationship conflict. I work through an object relations lens, exploring how past relationships can influence the present. My goal is to uncover the barriers that keep you from feeling fully alive.
