It’s a crazy world right now with all this COVID-19 stuff going on and tensions are high with all the quarantines and uncertainty. Please reach out if you need help. I often work from an experiential basis that will help you find those dark places of yourself that you are often afraid to go. I then help you shed light to the darkness and bring about healing in order for you to move forward with a better understanding of yourself. I find that traditional “talk therapy” only scrapes the surface and many times treats the symptoms rather than addressing the problem.
