In loss, there is gain. That is a hard statement to digest when you are in the moment of adversity. My desire is to help you recognize what your life phase is teaching you, to identify and reset healthy thinking styles that have been lost along the way, and explore what direction you want to pursue that will lead to a more successful and productive mindset. My special interest involves working with Women who have been diagnosed with health related issues and/or chronic pain related to trauma, anxiety/depression. I also have experience in working with young adults who are struggling to find peace and balance in their lives. I am currently in the process of being trained in EMDR therapy. My treatment orientation involves but is not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to help you find that sense of peace, strength, and vitality that will help you through life’s transitions.
