I am trained in professional counseling and have a strong background in spiritual/biblical counseling and leadership. Whether you or your child are are suffering with a mental health diagnosis or an emotional issue, or you just doubt yourself (or God), I am that person who knows how to suspend any judgement so I can hear you and understand where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to be. I use different ways to address problems, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family counseling, spiritual exploration and direction, or play techniques for children and younger adolescents. I know first-hand what severe depression, anxiety and self-doubt can do. I work with individuals suffering with issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and trauma. I also work with children and adolescents with these issues, and who may also be diagnosed with AD/HD, ODD and/or other behavioral problems. In this world, many of us wonder who we can turn to. Sometimes we need to share the most personal and hurtful things. Some things are too raw to share with our co-workers, spouses, best friends or even our spiritual leaders.
