I have over 35 years clinical experience, training in gestalt and pyschoanalytic psychotherapy, mindfulness based stress reduction. My goal is to increase your awareness of who you are, why you respond and/or make the choices that you do and look for alternatives. I find that life is a journey that never ends, I hope people find internal contentment, tranquility, and learn to care about themselves. All we do is talk about events of your past and how you were effected. I take what I do seriously, but due to the intensity of what we do, try to have fun in the process.
