Therapist Overview

Are you a new or expecting mother looking for support during this transitional time? Have you been (over)prepped for the birth of your child, but not for what happens after? The Mother Birth acknowledges that your baby is not the only one with a brand new life. If you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant, I recommend booking a pre-baby session to prepare for your transition. If baby has arrived, well then let’s dive in! I offer a judgement and shame-free zone for you to grow and process, just as your baby is. Let’s mother the mothers! Trinity is a psychotherapist in private practice offering individual and group therapy at Rose City Family Wellness. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression and life transitions for women, focusing specifically on new and expectant mothers. Trinity is certified in Maternal Mental Health through PSI and is a board member of Baby Blues Connection Motherhood is a huge transition and shift in identity. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it also does to raise a mother. I offer in-office and in-home therapy for your convenience. No need to worry about getting ready to leave the house and packing up baby (or finding and paying for childcare!) I will come to you!
